Public Service Digital Transformation

OBJECTIVE This organization initiated a digital transformation initiative to simplify and improve delivery of services to citizens. A dedicated task force was created for this purpose, and in 2021 they partnered with Openfield for consultation on their adoption of modern digital systems, change management, and communications activities.

SOLUTION Openfield supported their efforts by designing, implementing, and monitoring progress on organizational and systemic change. We supported their plans, strategies, and assessments, and provided recommendations and training to enable successful adoption of modern digital practices.
