Program Details

This multi-session program cultivates a small cohort of future leaders, immersing them in essential leadership skills and practices. Participants engage in group learning workshops, one-on-one coaching, peer driven discussions, and micro-learning courses to uncover their leadership potential and develop practical strategies. This program provides a supportive environment to explore leadership styles and equips participants with actionable tools to implement and inspire growth within their teams and organizations.

    • Develop leadership capacity to meet the future needs of the organization

  • This program is tailored to its cohort and their organization, and as such key learnings may vary by session. As a participant in this course you will:

    • Unpack your Leadership Presence

    • Build out your Core Skills

    • Create an actionable leadership plan for yourself

  • During this program, you will engage in interactive workshops, group discussions, and self-reflection exercises to hone your leadership skills. By the end of the program, you’ll have a deep understanding of core leadership principles and practical strategies to apply in your current role and as your role shifts. You'll gain confidence and tools to lead effectively, foster team collaboration, and drive organizational success.

  • This program consists of three group learning workshops, one-on-one coaching, peer driven discussions, and micro-learning sessions tailored to the cohort and organization - length is variable, and priority is placed on allowing time for participants to integrate and develop the skills they learn along the way.
